- The Java-API for Tolerant Bank uses a new version of the http-client library
- Changes in the administration API of Tolerant Bank:
- The result of sendAdminCommand method is stored in a java.util.Map instead of java.util.HashMap
- A newer java virtual machine (1.8.0_92) is now bundled with the product.
- The examples that are delivered with the product are reorganized. The bankserviceconfig-template now also configures the service to return a human readable IBAN. For this feature a synonyms.ini file is now required which also can be found in the templates folder.
- From the next major release on, the configurations will be checked for correct versions (
). This version stands for the minimum version the used product has to have to be compatible with the configuration. The shipped templates and example-configurations will automatically have the versions of the latest stable product.

- A new returncode (1012) has been added. It will be returned if the latest TOLERANT Bank version is not yet installed and the software therefore lacks a checkdigitprocedure which is referenced in the reference-data.
- The default configuration (bankserviceconfig.xml) has changed slightly. In order to use it, copy the configuration-file and the synonyms-file from your $TLCONFIG/templates folder directly to your $TLCONFIG folder.

- #3138: The synonym replacement did not work correctly if there were multiple synonym matches with different modes. Now the order of the modes is as follows: string modes win against word modes (Mode-Order is: 14 > 2 > 4 > 8 > 15 > 11 > 3 > 5 > 9).
