The packages in the three variants TOLERANT Helpdesk Silver, Gold and Platinum are designed to provide seamless and efficient support for user operations.
Fast help for smooth processes
At the heart of the new service offerings is the TOLERANT Helpdesk Silver, which includes basic telephone support, remote maintenance, commissioning support and regular software updates. For more sophisticated needs, the TOLERANT Helpdesk Gold package offers an additional three days of consultation and a 15% discount on each additional day of consultation. The most comprehensive package, TOLERANT Helpdesk Platinum, extends this offer to five consulting days and grants a 20% discount on additional consulting days.
